Una sorta di viaggio introspettivo che ci porta alla conoscenza di noi stessi.
Un metodo, quello del training, sviluppato negli anni '80 durante il regime sovietico in Russia, ed è proprio da lì che questo mese sbarcherà anche in Italia, per l'esattezza a Milano.
"Are you always at the right place, at the right time? Do you know what you want from life and how to get it?"
With these words I' ve greeted at the GAGARIN center.
A sort of introspective journey that leads us to self- knowledge.
This kind of training method was developed in the 80s during the Soviet regime in Russia, and now has arrived in Italy, in Milan exactly.
Marina, responsabile del centro, ci racconta che l'idea di creare un progetto simile è nata proprio dalla volontà di rendere pubblica una dottrina, una filosofia di pensiero fino ad oggi conosciuta solo nel suo Paese, ponendosi in questo modo come pioniera di una nuova mentalità.
L'elemento della scoperta è per GAGARIN la chiave dell'esistenza stessa.
Noi stessi siamo chiamati a imparare a dialogare con la nostra parte più intima, entrarci in contatto e conoscerla.
